Dispatch and Delivery Details

We dispatch orders every day of the week to Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world so that your order arrives FAST!

We use DHL courier's who use a Fast Track and Trace system.

If there is ever an issue we will let you know if we anticipate any delays. 

We pay GST in Australia on orders under $1000  so there is no hold up at Customs.

New Zealand all orders are GST Inclusive.

Delivery Costs

We offer free shipping on orders to New Zealand, Australia, United States, Canada and the rest of the world. 

We offer free delivery on all orders in New Zealand and Australia , Canada and the US

Yes, this option is available. Simply email us watdr@xtra.co.nz for an up to date quote.

Delivery Times

We find most New Zealand orders arrive in 2 - 3 business days.

We find most Australian orders arrive in 3 - 6 business days (we have had them arrive in as little as 3 days).

United States, Canada, Worldwide

We find most other international orders arrive in 4 - 10 business days.

When you order from us we will provide you with a tracking number when we dispatch your order. So you can track it throughout the process. What normally happens when you are not home, is that the courier or delivery person will leave a post card, to tell you they tried to deliver your order. In New Zealand, you can plug that code into their website and track. In Australia you can visit https://auspost.com.au and enter the tracking number we give you when we dispatch your order, via email. In other countries use the tracking number provided.

Dispatch & Packaging

New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Canada, USA, Hong Kong and Internationally.

All products are packaged in a box and bubble wrapped for extra protection. All barometers and combined instruments are packaged separately. Orders are packaged in a neutral coloured, fully recyclable cardboard box Consisting of a least 60% recycled paper. Here is cam with an example of the packaging so you can see how well protected these items are in transit. 

We ship all our product on the same day as order where ever possible on weekdays. We do not dispatch orders on the weekends. All delivery times mentioned are in business days. If you place your order on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day

You will be sent an email when we dispatch your order. It will contain a link and tracking number. 

NOTE: If you are in Australia it can be quicker using the tracking number we provide you with via email on https://auspost.com.au

We have a product in our website called gift wrapping. Simply add it to your cart just like a product.

For New Zealand & Australian Orders We send all orders by Eship DHL operated by NZ & AUS post couriers.

For international orders We send all orders by Eship DHL operated by NZ & AUS post couriers

Warranties & Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. To process a return, please contact a customer service representative on our toll-free number: 0064 3 388 1109.

It is really easy. Just get in touch with us and we will guide you through the process.

Occasionally, goods may be damaged during delivery. If goods arrive damaged, please contact one of our customer service representatives on 0800 693583. We will issue you with a return authorisation and provide a reply paid address so the goods can be returned. The goods are then inspected and a replacement order is sent back to you.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the Cameron here at BarometersandClocks, we will do our utmost to ensure that warranty claims are handled in a satisfactory and timely man. Payment & Currencies

You can make payment using Shopify payments,  Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal or Stripe to checkout on our website.

Your order will be charged in the currency you check out in. Our website automatically picks up the currency you shop in based on your IP address and location. It can be changed using the drop down in the navigation on the website. You may notice your order notification emails come through in New Zealand Dollars, this is because it is the currency our retail store in New Zealand uses. DON'T WORRY this is not a reflection of the currency you were charged in.

You will pay and be charged in your local currency. You can use the currency convert drop down at the top of the website to change to your preferred currency.
