The family barometer is now repaired and back on the wall. The weather in Sydney is improving again after a torrid week of rain. All is good. As well having a functioning instrument, the barometer has brought back a lot of memories - the people who gave it to my parents sometime in the seventies and my brother using one all the time when he grew up on a farm. Thanks Cameron.
Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Belinda. It means a lot to hear that the barometer is not only working again but also bringing back such meaningful memories. It’s a real privilege to help breathe new life into something with such family history. I'm so glad it's back on the wall where it belongs—and that Sydney’s weather is finally playing nice again! Thanks for the lovely message. 😊🌦️

I purchased a digital weather station from another vendor and returned it because I couldn't adjust settings. Only the internet could. I decided to go analogue, found Barometers & Clocks and made my purchase. This station has an easy-to-read face and is big enough for all 3 guages to be crystal clear. I added the Polar stand and it's perfect for my needs! Also worth noting, the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended. Frank Shellharbour NSW
